Pricing FAQ

What happens when I run out of credits?

Core monitoring and cached data views never pause — you can always access your dashboards, stored metrics, and leaderboards. Only actions that call external AI APIs (new prompt runs, AI research jobs, exports) pause until you top up with a credit pack.

Do unused credits roll over?

Yes. Unused monthly included credits roll over for 1 month. If you don’t use them in the rollover month, they expire. Credits purchased through credit packs never expire.

What's included with annual billing?

Annual plans are billed at a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. You also receive 20% more included monthly credits. For example, the Pro plan includes 600 credits/month on annual billing instead of 500.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Do you offer a free trial?

Every paid plan (Starter, Pro, and Business) includes a 14-day free trial. You can cancel at any time during the trial and you won’t be charged.
